Each event tracked by RED must be assigned to location. For many organizations the location will be a store but it also could be an ATM identifier or the floor/column id in a building, for example. RiskVision uses the term "Unit" for these locations. Units may be created, edited, and deleted as your business changes. If you already have a database of similar information, we can help you import your existing data into RiskVision.
As with most RED listings, a search form is presented which allows you to quickly access the unit you are interested in. Sample unit search form:

Highlight the unit you are interested in and press Edit to display the unit's information.
The Map button is used to plot the unit's address using one of several mapping programs, such as Microsoft MapPoint or Google Maps.
